Simon Schropp'sche Landkarten handlung

Sec. Malmedy 1:80,000 scale. Colour print, 60x67.5cm, cut and mounted on linen and folded between marbled light board covers. No date, no legend, no sheet number, yet complete border and details of publisher and printer, Berliner Lith. Inst. The east 30% of the map is in Germany. The style of the map is early using hachures to depict relief. Pencil notes in margin give formation names. Simon Schropp'sche was a Berlin publisher operating between, at least, 1820 and 1870. The map is in good condition.
